RACI model is use to assign the responsibility of process. Due to
this model every person associated with
the process is assigned with some kind of responsibility. Since everyone
is assigned with their responsibility there is no ambiguity in the process

ReplyDeleteTo my understanding Change Manager is accountable for change. You may have many people on change board depending on requirement. Change activity will be carried out by respective process/process owner.

ReplyDeleteYes, As per RACI atleast one person should be accountable. Because if there is no one accountable then no one will be bother to take it to the next level.
